Social worker from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and PhD in International Migration and Development Cooperation from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Since 2015 she has combined her work as a social worker in the field of social exclusion and migration with teaching. She currently works as a teacher and researcher in the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
