He holds a PhD in Sociology and a diploma in Theology from the University of Deusto. He is a lecturer at the University of the Basque Country. He specialises in the sociology of work. He has participated in and animated various initiatives and social organisations in the field of anti-militarism, peace and citizens' movements.
