She has been Professor of Labour and Social Security Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona since 1996. She has been a visiting scholar at the Nanovic Institute of the University of Notre Dame on an annual basis since 2003. He has also worked at the University of Rome, the University of Paris-Nanterre II, the Institute of European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the University of Naples. He is a member of the Cristianisme i Justícia team.
